Hull Physio Direct is a dedicated telephone line into the department that will enable you to speak to a Senior Physiotherapist who will take down some details about your condition.
You will then nbe advised on the best way to manage your problem which could be
* Advice on exercises
* Face to face assessment at the clinic
* Referall to your GP or other health professional if this is appropriate.
Your GP will be informed that you have accessed the service, with the details of your condition and the treatment/advice that you have received.
THE BENEFITS ARE:
You can contact us directy without waiting to see your GP
Advice is given quickly on the most appropriate way to manage your problem
We see and treat you if we are unable to help you over the phone
