Introduction
Dr Blow and partners are committed to website accessibility and our supplier Media Fizz DIGITAL  01482 421038   email: info@media-fizzdigital.co uk   www.mediafizzdigital.com have built this site in line with accessibility best practice, and to meet the aims of the Level Two (AA) recommendations made by the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (version 1.0), and some of those from Level Three (AAA).

If you're looking for practical accessibility help with changing your browser settings such as text size, using access keys and other accessibility features we have on our site please read the relevant section on this page.

Diversity of our web users
At Dr Blow and Partnhers, we want to be as inclusive as possible. In designing this site we have considered the needs of patients and other interested parties with a range of impairments including; vision, hearing, mobility, reading difficulties, learning difficulties and for people whose second language is English. We continue to work towards developing improvements to our site as an on-going process.

Creating and testing our sites for accessibility
To ensure that we consider both accessibility best practice and the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, our suppliers have created their own accessibility guidelines, and we are advised that these are used in the design, development and ongoing maintenance of their websites.

Where possible our suppliers involve disabled users in testing of new sites and always test their sites with adaptive technologies including screen readers, magnifiers and voice recognition software. We also regularly check the accessibility of our site as part of an ongoing development process.

Accessibility challenges
As a health service organisation we are always looking at new ways to enhance and develop our services. As part of this we will ensure we continue to consider the accessibility of new features of our site as they are developed.

Our suppliers are also working with external suppliers who provide additional content for our sites to encourage them to enhance the accessibility of their material.

Feedback
We always welcome feedback on the accessibility and usability of the site, so if you have any comments or issues with using our site please email info@media-fizz.co.uk
